Are there physical tickets?

There are no physical tickets for concerts. Instead, when you book online your name is added to a guest list that is used at the venue on the night of the performance.

Can I contact the church for information on shows?

Please only contact ourselves via email directly (info@twowomenevents.com) for show queries.The church is purely the venue for concerts and has no information on forthcoming shows or information on ticket sales.

I don’t have a PayPal account – how do I pay for tickets?

We use PayPal as a payment gateway for people to buy tickets as it is one of the most convenient systems to process payments. PayPal can accept nearly all major credit and debit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase tickets as PayPal can process card bookings independent of having a PayPal account.

Can I bring my own alcohol to events?

We do not allow people to bring in their own alcohol to any of the events. The church has its own fully licensed bar so you can buy drinks when attending concerts. Please note the bar is cash only!

Can I have a refund or exchange?

We can’t offer any exchanges or refunds unless an event has been cancelled.

What if my event is cancelled or postponed?

If your event has been cancelled, we’ll be in touch to confirm when your refund will be processed and what action you need to take. We’ll also get in touch if your event is postponed. Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date but if you can’t make it, you can get a refund.

What car parking arrangements are there for the venue?

If you’re coming by car, there is a local area for car parking for events: Cobham Cricket Club, The Landway, The Street, Cobham DA12 3BN.

Is your venue accessible?

There is step free access to St Mary Magdalene Church. We advise that customers with mobility impairments arrive early. Please see our separate Access page for more details.
